The application's terms outline user responsibilities, intellectual property rights, and service limitations.

Users cannot copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. Additionally, the following activities are prohibited:

• Extracting source code from the application
• Creating derivative versions of the app
• Attempting to translate the app into other languages
• Modifying any trademarks or branding

The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Chavi Sharma. All rights, title, and interest in and to the application remain the property of the developer.

We reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. However, users will receive clear notification before any charges are implemented. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.

Personal data is collected and processed to deliver services. Users bear responsibility for:

• Keeping your phone and access to the app secure
• Not jailbreaking or rooting your device
• Understanding that such modifications may compromise security and proper functioning

The app does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend that you read their terms carefully.

The app integrates the following third-party services, each with their own terms:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Unity

We cannot guarantee functionality without active internet access. The app uses Wi-Fi or mobile data to provide certain features. You accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming.

We accept no responsibility if your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the service, or if your device stays charged but ceases functioning for any reason. With respect to our responsibility for your use of the app, it's important to bear in mind that we strive to keep it updated and correct at all times.

System requirements may change over time, and the app will require updates to continue functioning. You agree to accept updates when offered. We may also wish to stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, your rights and licenses granted in these terms will end immediately.
